Terms of Service

1. The service

Compliance Edge is a compliance automation platform operated by Alvionix Edge LLP. By creating a workspace or using complianceedge.in you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

2. Not legal advice

The platform assists you in tracking and evidencing compliance work. It does not constitute legal advice, a certification, or a guarantee of compliance with the DPDP Act, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, RBI directions or any other framework. Certification decisions rest with your auditors and regulators.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate workspace information and keep your SSO account secure.
• Only connect systems you are authorized to connect.
• Do not upload data you have no right to process, or use the service to violate law.

4. Plans, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed in INR in advance. Trials convert only when you subscribe. If a subscription lapses, the workspace becomes read-only; compliance records are not deleted for non-payment during the dunning window.

5. Data

Your workspace data remains yours. We process it per our Privacy Notice and applicable data processing terms. On termination, workspace data is deleted after a 30-day grace window (cryptographic erasure of tenant keys), subject to legal retention duties.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify features as the product evolves; material reductions to a paid plan will be notified in advance. The service is provided “as is” during beta periods indicated in-app.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for regulatory outcomes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at the registered office of Alvionix Edge LLP have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: support@complianceedge.in.
